Bookings made through the website or by phone are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. We recommend booking ahead during weekends, school holidays, and rainy days.
Drop-in bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. Birthday party deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date within 90 days, subject to availability.
brightplaytime.autos takes safety seriously, but play involves some inherent risk. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times. By entering our premises, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Any deliberate damage to play equipment, furnishings, or property may result in a charge to cover repair or replacement costs.
Monthly memberships are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 14 days' notice. Memberships are non-transferable and tied to a specific child.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members and posted on this page.
