For hygiene and safety, all children and adults must wear socks in the play zones. We sell soft grip socks at reception ($4) if you forget.
brightplaytime.autos is not a drop-off facility. Every child must be accompanied by a responsible adult (16+) at all times. One adult may supervise up to three children.
Little Cove is reserved for children under 18 months. Treetop Tower is for ages 4 and up. Please respect these boundaries — they exist to keep little ones safe.
Outside food is not permitted, with the exception of baby formula, breastmilk, and medically necessary items. Our café offers child-friendly menus and accommodates most allergies.
Please do not visit if any member of your family has had a fever, vomiting, or contagious illness in the last 48 hours. We'll happily reschedule your booking.
You're welcome to photograph your own children. Please be respectful and avoid capturing other families in your shots.
Our staff are trained, caring, and human. Aggressive behaviour toward staff or other guests will result in being asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse entry.
Items left behind are held at reception for 14 days. After that, unclaimed items are donated to a local family shelter.
